How does a stand project run with us?
- Brief. We collect your objectives, plot plan, budget range and the fair’s technical rules.
- Concept. We propose a layout and a design direction that fit the plot and your goals.
- 3D and drawings. You review the 3D views. We prepare plans, elevations and the documents the organiser requires.
- Production. Structures, joinery, graphics, lighting and AV are produced and checked before they leave for the venue.
- Logistics. Transport, unloading slots, contractor passes and site access are booked with the venue.
- Build-up. Our crew assembles the stand, the site lead runs safety and quality checks, and your team receives a finished stand.
- Dismantling and storage. We clear the plot within the venue’s window and, on request, store reusable parts for your next show.

Hiring an exhibition stand builder in Spain: your questions
Which cities and venues do you cover?
We design, build and dismantle stands at IFEMA MADRID, Fira Barcelona (Gran Via and Montjuïc), the CCIB, Feria Valencia, BEC in Bilbao, FYCMA in Málaga, the Palacio de Congresos de Marbella, FIBES in Seville and Feria de Zaragoza. Our crews are on site for build-up and dismantling. For another Spanish venue, tell us the fair and we will confirm the plan.
How far ahead should we book a stand builder?
As soon as your plot is confirmed. Three to four months is a comfortable lead time for a custom stand; large islands and double-deck stands need more, mainly for engineering and approvals. Modular stands can be prepared at shorter notice.
What does an exhibition stand cost in Spain?
It depends on size, format, finishes, AV and logistics, so we price each project from your brief. The quote is itemised by scope, which lets you compare options and adjust. Modular and rental formats keep the budget down; custom and double-deck stands cost more per square metre.
Can you manage everything while our team stays abroad?
Yes. We work in English and Spanish, and we handle approvals, contractor documents and the build before your team flies in. They arrive to a finished stand and a walkthrough.
Who deals with the organiser and the venue?
We do. We submit the stand plans, file the contractor safety paperwork and book access for the build. We list the services your stand needs, such as power, water, internet and hanging points, and order them with you or for you.
Can you build a design from our agency?
Yes. We turn it into technical drawings, check it against the fair’s rules and quote production and build. If a detail cannot be built as drawn, we say so early and propose an alternative.
What if something needs fixing during the show?
